DocTree was born out of a clear, urgent need to transform the way junior doctors across Australia access medical education and support! After hearing countless passionate stories from doctors who felt held back by a lack of resources, especially in regional hospitals, we knew something had to change!

What makes DocTree truly unique is that we are the first marketplace for mentorship in the medical career development space. We connect junior doctors directly to a wide range of highly experienced mentors, giving them the freedom to choose who they want to work with, based on their individual needs, specialty interests, and career goals. Unlike traditional mentorship programs, where mentees are often matched randomly or through fixed programs, our platform allows doctors to take control of their career development by selecting the mentor they believe will offer the most relevant guidance.
